Esser Place is a 150,000 square foot office/flex office campus that occupies 11 acres in the heart of Middleton, Wisconsin.

Originally built in the mid-1980's to house a state-of-the-art health club, the interior of which was never completed, the "theater" building became the home of an eight-plex movie theater in the late 1980's.

Old Vine purchased 3191 at Nine Mile, a vacant 49,000 sf two story health club in October of 2006.

Old Vine purchased the vacant 90,000 sf two story office building, with attached single story warehouse in 2004.
