Lynn Olsen, Asset Manager and Leasing Agent – Ms. Olsen manages and oversees properties in Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona including operations, construction and financial performance; supervises property managers and leasing agents; negotiates contracts and leases; prepares, implements and oversees business plans and budgets to maximize the total return and value enhancement of each asset. She has been with Old Vine since 1996 and in management of commercial real estate since 1989. She has earned her RPA designation through BOMA and attended Iowa State University.

Janet Hyde has been a member of the Old Vine family for over 10 years. She is the Regional Manager for the Old Vine Houston market. Among her duties are: leasing, space design and construction management, building upgrades, future asset evaluation, and tenant relations. She serves as a Board Member for the Northpark Place Community Association.

Stationary Engineer - Israel Pacheco a 10 year veteran with Old Vine Management, currently serves as a Stationary Engineer. Israel oversees the engineering operations of 7 properties totaling 376,500 sq ft. He has over 18 years of experience in HVAC systems, has a broad base of knowledge in building management through hands on experience in repair and maintenance of water chilling units, cooling tower operations, electrical distribution, pneumatic and DDC operations, fire alarm and suppression system. He holds a Houston Maintenance Electrician License, Boiler operator License, “Universal” CFC Certification License, and is Carrier certified technician, Israel has taken numerous courses in mechanical, boiler, and electrical engineering maintenance.

Jill St.Onge-Controller, as a member of the executive team since 2000, Jill directs all company financial planning and budgeting functions, monitors and prepares financial analysis of monthly operations, coordinates debt financing and debt services, prepares all information for annual company tax returns, oversees the accounting department and all other daily finance operations. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has nearly 11 years experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance.

Construction Manager for Old Vine Property Group. His primary responsibility is to enhance the value of Old Vine’s property portfolio. Acts as the liaison between the Owners, Architects, Tenants, and Contractors to assure that the intended vision for a project is properly implemented during the construction process. Mr. Weidmann earned his bachelors degree in economics from Colorado State University in 2001, and his Master of Business Administration from Webster University in 2004.

Portfolio Accountant / Accounts Payable - Rita protects Old Vine’s reputation of timely payment for the day to day operating expenses and new tenant improvements of each property.  She supports the property manager’s efforts in controlling costs and tenant relations.

Accounts Receivable – Char’s primary responsibilities include managing the receivables activity and all recovery processes, entering and interpreting new and existing leasing information, and risk managing the Old Vine Group insurance portfolio. Before joining the Old Vine team in 2003, Ms. Andrew worked in banking and finance for 7 years and she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Black Hills State University.

Property Manager - Crystal Stanley, the newest member of the team, has been with the company for less than a year, but anticipates a long-term career with Old Vine. Crystal manages seven properties in the Greater Houston, Texas, area. Her portfolio includes six office buildings and one retail center that encompasses approximately 376,500 square feet. Crystal has over ten years of management experience with four years in commercial property management. Her areas of expertise include managing the properties, lease negotiations, supervising maintenance, and tenant relations.
