Mr. Stutz possesses Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and real estate from Indiana University and studied international business at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. In 1999, Ari started his real estate career in commercial lending and held various positions at Merrill Lynch Capital, GE Capital and Heller Financial. Ari learned the business by underwriting debt and high leverage mezzanine investments on all commercial property types including office, R&D/flex, industrial, retail, multi-family, senior living, and condo conversions both existing and to-be-built. Between the three institutions, Ari underwrote, portfolio managed and asset managed nearly $1.0 billion of real estate investments ranging from golf courses to senior living properties. As a principal of Old Vine Property Group, Ari's focus is the expansion of the existing portfolio through acquisitions and the creation of value through the execution of Old Vine's redevelopment strategies.
