ESSER PLACE is a 150,000 square foot office/flex office campus that occupies 11 acres in the heart of Middleton, Wisconsin. Long known as “The Good Neighbor City”, Middleton was recently named “The Best Place to Live 2007 by Money Magazine and also has an excellent reputation for being a business friendly community. The property offers an 85,000 square foot, four-story class "A" office building (1800 Deming Way) connected to a 65,000 single story, flex office building (1850 Deming Way). The combination of assets provides flexibility for a corporate headquarters with adjacent manufacturing, research and development, distribution or processing facility.
